Combine the unexpected
Blend diverse materials/ re-purpose classic shapes. Apply them in new ways. Search for the overlooked, insignificant details in life and give them meaning. Every detail is finessed to create a new sense of harmony.
If you can’t find it, design it
If the vision cannot be fulfilled with what exists, go create it. Do not alter your vision. Instead, evolve the world’s offering. Create designs that evoke emotion and connect with people in new ways.
Designed to endure
Trendy is overrated. Look beyond the present and make traditional untraditional. Design with durability in every sense. When necessary, accommodate the latest technology but never be owned by it. Let the creation outlast the creator.
BIOGRAPHY
JEFFERY ROBERTS is a designer of furniture, fashion, architecture and interiors. But more than anything else, he is an artist.
For over 30 years, he has explored many creative avenues. His full-service residential and commercial commissions span internationally, and over the years, have earned a fiercely loyal clientele.
Jeffery was also co-founder and principal designer of Robave, a popular Chicago-based lifestyle business that provided design to over 200 boutique and specialty shops nationally. It collaboratively combined clothing and restored furniture to create an immersive fashion experience each season.
Classically trained in the fine arts, Jeffery’s reverence for history and nature is palpable in his designs. His work has been featured in: The New York Times Style Magazine, American Craft Magazine, and has frequented numerous other publications.
His latest endeavor is a lifelong passion, based on an artist’s approach to design. Influenced by three decades of art, design, fashion, and architecture, we proudly introduce the JEFFERY ROBERTS Furniture Collection.

Where playful meets classical, there’s a casualness in its finishes that modernize traditional lines. JEFFERY ROBERTS’ architectural influences are visible in form and structure, and his classically-trained artist’s mind reads clearly in the collection’s concept.
Inspired by a lifetime assortment of found and observed objects – rare, forgotten finds discovered in the corners of nature, industry, architecture – the JEFFERY ROBERTS Furniture Collection pulls details from life. The color of a sparrow’s feather. The twist of a hand-carved chair leg. The ornate moldings of a generation past. These seemingly insignificant elements are now given purpose in a larger story.
Bred from nature with a sense of humanity, the JEFFERY ROBERTS Furniture Collection is designed as a group, but is also intended to be paired individually with styles from the past, present and with what is yet to be created.
